Our Process
Designing and building a home is no mean feat. It demands consideration, experience, practicality and most importantly of all, an understanding of what you, the client, wants to achieve.
Approvals, Certification & Engineering
With the plans finalised and contract signed, we proceed with the engineering drawings, liaise with the building certifier, and submit the paperwork requirements to council for building approval.
Construction & Handover
Once we have your building approval, we start the exciting construction journey. We'll provide you with a build schedule so you know exactly what's happening and when. We'll also provide weekly build reports and regular onsite inspections for your peace of mind.

With the build complete, it's time for our favourite part of the journey - handover!
Initial Consultation & Preliminary Design
We'll visit you armed with a series of questions to better understand your requirements. Once we've confirmed your style, theme and budget, we'll work with you to prepare your preliminary design.
Selections, Quoting & Contract
Once you are happy with the design, we'll work within your budget to help you choose your selections, enabling a fixed price quote to be finalised.

Assuming you're happy with the fixed price quote, we'll sign the build contract and paperwork.
Already Have Plans?
Often, many of our clients have already sourced their own plans and design - no problem! We are more than happy to work with any plans you have already sourced. We've also got a range of existing designer plans should you desire a turn key solution.
